Best MMORPGs for 2013
2013 is here and we’re all looking for a top MMORPG to play. The games listed here are not necessarily new, but they are the most solid MMO choices until the new 2013 games start to kick in. This Best MMORPG list is not based on some kind of statistics but on my personal opinion about these games.
Trion Worlds first game is one of the most solid MMORPG choices out there. With constant content updates, a loyal fan base and a recent expansion pack there’s always something to do. Rift is here to stay and it’s never too late join.
Some say it’s old, some say it’s ugly, but those are the few. Blizzards behemoth remains the most solid and feature full MMORPG in the market. They always add something fresh to keep you sucked in to Azeroth. Mists of Pandaria expansion brought back a lot of players that made a break after cataclysm and with the new server architecture the world always seem full, no matter what level you are.
3. Tera Online
Tera is a really good game. Now that it’s going free to play, there is no reason not to try En Masses MMORPG. It has the best graphics out there, and it’s action paced gameplay makes it stand out of the crowd.
ArenaNet has a hit in their hands. There is no subscription to pay as it uses the buy to play business model just like it’s predecessor. Frantic combat, massive pvp and a dedicated development team is what characterizes this MMORPG. One of the best MMO choices for 2013.
Funcoms latest MMORPG started with a subscription payment model. That recently changed and makes the game even more compelling to play. You just buy it once and never pay again as it uses the B2P business model, just like Guildwars. The game is unique, with amazing story telling, atmosphere and an excellent skill system. Highly recommended.
