Neverwinter Open Beta on April 30th
Neverwinter will officially enter open beta in something less than a month, on April 30th.
Open Beta could also be considered a “soft launch” for Neverwinter as it is a Free 2 Play game. Players who have purchased a Founders Package will be able to log in to the game servers 3 to 5 days earlier depending on which Founders Pack they own.
Cryptic Studios and Perfect World Entertainment also releases a new trailer with the open beta announcement. The almost 3 minute trailer is named “What is Neverwinter” and it showcases Character Classes, Dungeons, Endgame and the long-awaited Dungeon Maker.
The final closed beta will take place on April 12th and players will access the Professions System, play to level 50 and keep access to their beta weekend 3 characters. Characters will be wiped with the end of the closed beta to make room for Neverwinter’s soft launch.
